1. How long does shipping take?


Our production process is "print on demand". As soon as your order is placed, we will custom make your print, poster, or fine art canvas. On average, it will take 1-5 days to produce each item individually and ship it to you. Depending on your location in Germany, Europe, or around the world it might take 1-2 weeks.


2. Can I track my order?


Yes! Our delivery company, like DHL and Deutsche Post, offers a tracking system through their own website.

You can also add your tracking number to the "Tracking" field here:

3. I do not live in Germany or in Europe. Can I also order? 


Due to COVID-19 crisis, we are not able to ship to some countries. We are normally shipping to all European countries, Canada, Israel, India, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and more.

If the country of destination is listed on this link, we will not be able to ship to this location, due to health restrictions or significant delays in delivery.

4. What if my product arrives damaged?

Don't worry. Our goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders. If any part of your print or poster was damaged during shipping, we will send you another print.

 

5. Can I get my money back?

To begin the process of exchange and / or return, your can contact us via email info@kuriosis.com.

The return / exchange will only be accepted up to 30 days after the date of your purchase.

6. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel my order?


No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Contact us at info@kuriosis.com.

7. My order still has not arrived. My local mail service cannot tell where the package is. What should I do?


You can contact us and we will contact our shipping partner to check the status of your package. In case of a lost package, we will immediately send you a new print.



8. I need a custom size for a print. Do you make custom sizes?


Yes! If you want a size that is not listed or a different packaging, we can do it. Contact us at info@kuriosis.com or also via Messenger on our facebook page.


9. I did not receive confirmation of my purchase. What should I do?


Please contact us immediately via email: info@kuriosis.com.


10. How do I return my order?

11. How long does it take for my order to reach me?


Depending on your location:

  • 1 to 3 business days for orders within Germany;
  • 3 to 10 business days for orders within Europe;
  • 10 to 20 business days for International orders.


These estimates are provided by  delivery service such as DHL, Hermes and/ or DPD. Possible delays in delivery time may be caused by the local delivery service (for orders outside Germany); customs services (for orders outside the European Union) and / or commemorative dates and commercial holidays such as Christmas.

⚠️ All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties (international shipments outside EU) may apply and is not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibilities.

13. How are the prints made?


Each print, poster, or fine art canvas is custom made at our atelier in Berlin. We take great care and attention in ever order. Every image also has a history or story linked to it.

Yes, we do! E-mail us and we will send you a PDF Catalog.

 

15. Do you provide wholesale prices?
