Joaquín Margulis (b. 1990, Santiago, Chile) froze his architecture studies to pursue an education in fine arts. He received two votes of distinction in the mention of Sculpture upon graduating from the School of Visual Arts of the Finisterrae University of Chile in 2017. Always seeking transversality between sound and visuals, his work is characterized by interpreting society through proposals that mix urban interventions, sound sculptures, and machines that paint automatically. His work has been exhibited internationally in Rome, Goa, Madrid, Vienna, Santiago and Berlin.
Joaquín has also pursued a career in music, participating in projects such as Red Belmont (Santiago), Mr. Ray (Berlin) and 69 DELUXE (Berlin) he has toured over America and Europe.
